Sherrie’s workshops and support groups enlighten, empower and inspire women to live the life they are meant to have.

The Women’s Healing & Personal Growth Workshop is an afternoon workshop designed to help you:

• Unblock – Become aware of inner obstacles and move through them.
• Tune In – Connect deeply with your authentic self.
• Ground and Center – Align and anchor yourself in the present moment.
• Expand creatively, passionately, healthfully.
• Let go and have fun!

The workshop uses the following techniques and modalities:

Sherrie’s workshops provide nurturing care in a safe, relaxed space and are a perfect introduction to her work.

Monthly Support Groups are a wonderful way to continue the process of self -discovery. These small groups meet once or twice each month. More focus is given to each woman as she continues growing, healing and bonding with other like-minded women.

Relaxation Coach

Imagine yourself lying back in a comfortable reclining chair, soothing music in the background as you begin to take your first deep breath of the day and relax to the sound of a healing voice. Your mind begins to quiet, all the tension in your body begins to release, like air out of a tire.

Stress reduction is one of Sherrie’s specialties. She is an expert in teaching people the art of relaxation. Many things can cause stress -- work, relationships, family and health concerns are a few of the most common causes. As a relaxation coach, Sherrie will help you release unwanted tension that manifests physically, emotionally and mentally. Soothing music, comfortable reclining chairs, healing touch, breath and sound release are all a part of this rejuvenating process.

Dating Coach

Dating can be an exciting, adventurous and fun experience. It can also be a challenging one. Anxiety, disappointment, confusion and frustration often creep into the picture.

Sherrie’s skilled and highly intuitive abilities will help you navigate your way through the highs and lows of the dating process.

WHAT DOES A DATING COACH DO?

Your coaching will begin with a private consultation.
This will be a “getting to know you” time. Who you are, where you are in your dating process, some dating and relationship history, what you’re looking for, how you’re feeling about dating, etc.

Based on the initial consultation, we’ll map out a plan to meet your specific dating needs.

My gentle, intuitive approach can help you:

• Get clear on what you’re looking for
• Go at a pace that’s ideal for you
• Get out of your own way
• Get in touch with yourself and what you have to offer a relationship
• Let go of perfectionism
* Help you to connect with your instincts & trust them
• Stop repeating past mistakes
• Support you through any fears, anxieties, confusion, etc that may come up in this process.

Private sessions are offered on an ongoing or as needed basis and include both in-person and phone sessions.
